1 on 1 Personal Training
This is your opportunity to work out with Willamette Women's Basketball Assistant Coach Katie Gruys. Sessions are tailored for each individual and the position they play. Sign up and create a schedule that fits your needs. Any player who is serious about taking his or her game to a higher level of play will benefit from the personally designed skill training programs.

Small Group Training 
Similar to the private training's, these workouts will help you become a better offensive and defensive player. Group workouts are a great way to challenge some friends or teammates and are sure to make everyone better. 

Team Personal Training
These sessions are geared toward developing individual skills within a team environment using that team's concepts and philosophies. 

This option is great for a youth basketball organization looking for an edge over the competition. We will work to increase the team's competency and overall knowledge for individual player development and re-energize your program with skill development. You will gain new concepts, drills, techniques and teaching methods to incorporate skill development into your daily practice plan or off season workout programs for your players. 

You can expect to work out shooting mechanics, jab step series, dribble separation, ball handling, finishing, moving without the ball, post and perimeter work, 2 on 2, 3 on 3, footwork, conditioning, defensive work, team chemistry, leadership, basketball IQ, in's and out's of recruiting and much more.
