SUL ROSS STATE UNIVERSITY CAMP WAIVER AND LIABILITY FORM

All campers need to sign the Sul Ross State university Waiver and Liability Form. This information is located under documents. This information is required before participating in the camp.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING FOR THE CAMP?

Athletic attire, cleats, sneakers, water bottle, mouthpieces, and footballs for QB's that prefer to throw a specific ball type.

WHO RUNS THE CAMPS?

The camp is run by Sul Ross Head Coach John Pearce and the Lobos football staff. Current local players also serve as camp helpers or coaches. Each position will be lead by a current Sul Ross football coach.

WHEN DOES CAMP REGISTRATION CLOSE?

Online registration for those that wish to pre-register for the camps end 3 days prior to the camp dates. Walk-ups will be accepted at the day of the camp. The cost for WALK-UPS $45.00, must be paid with CASH or CHECK. Please make the check out to Sul Ross State University. All walk-ups will be required to sign the Waiver and Liability Form at the camp site before participating.**text in bold**

CAN PARENTS WATCH THE CAMP?

We invite all parents, family, and friends to come and watch. During practices all guests are asked to watch from the stands. Parents are not allowed on the fields during practice.

REFUND POLICY

For the Camps in El Paso and Midland, campers must send a written notice of cancellation by July 19, 2019 in order to receive a full refund minus the online fees.

For the Camps in San Antonio, Austin, Cypress, and Houston, campers must send a written notice of cancellation by July 26, 2019 in order to receive a full refund minus the online fees.
