Each Regional is a two day, weekend event
"Check-In" generally begins at 10 am on Saturdays. Orientation for players begins at 12:00 p.m. and runs until 7pm. USA Football recommends that players arrive on Saturday no later than 11 am, as Check-In may take 30 to 45 minutes. Sunday is generally 10am - 5pm

10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Check In - Gymnasium
12:00 p.m. – 12:45 p.m. Orientation (parents welcome) - Gymnasium
1:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Practice #1
3:30 p.m. – 4:45 p.m. Break for meal (athletes on their own)
4:45 p.m. – 7:15 p.m. Practice #2
SUNDAY, DAY 2
9:00 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. Player Development Session - Gymnasium
10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Practice #3
1:00 p.m. – 2:15 p.m. Break for meal (athletes on their own)
2:15 p.m. – 4:45 p.m. Practice #4
4:45 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Conclusion of event
The registration fee includes:
One (1) performance t-shirt
Four (4) practice training sessions with current NCAA and top high school coaches
On-field Heads-Up Football tackling instruction for athletes
The NCAA grants USA Football permission to have current NCAA coaches instruct the Regionals.
USA Football hires current NCAA coaches and elite high school coaches to coach at the Regionals and all National Team programs
Each Regional location will have their own registration webpage that will include all details (locations, addresses, what to bring, what to provide, confirmation packets etc). We will update the page with the names of the universities that will have coaches in attendance.
Athletes are required to bring the following:
Shorts for both days
There is no additional paperwork/receipt that needs to be brought to the camp
No, Athletes and spectators are responsible to provide their own meals during the event.
Regionals operate rain or shine.
If there are unforeseen, severe weather conditions, USA Football will immediately notify athletes and parents with specific instructions.
Families/friends can watch and take videos/photos from the stands.
It is NOT a requirement that families/friends of athletes stay at the Regionals
Families/friends are not allowed on the field/sideline/track
For a limited time ONLY, USA Football will be offering a Season Pass for $400 that allows athletes the opportunity to attend an unlimited amount of Regionals.
Athletes are only allowed to participate in one position at the Regionals, which they must chose during the registration process. Athletes will only be able to change their position prior to the first day of the event.
USA Football will NOT be providing written evaluations to athletes after attending a Regional. Athletes are encouraged to engage with the coaches during the four practice sessions at the Regional. Athletes will have complete access to work with the coaches and ask questions for feedback while at the Regionals.
USA Football will have scouts for the U.S. National Team at the Regionals. Scouts will be making notes for internal use only. Scouts evaluate athletes and they perform drills instructed by their position coaches.
USA Football will be using the notes to make selections for the Middle School Bowl Games as well as International Bowl, and will not be sharing the notes with the athletes.
