Meals

Commuter: Lunch and Dinner will be provided. Commuters will need to eat breakfast before arriving to the first morning session.

Residential: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided

What to bring?

All softball equipment. Softball pants, sliding shorts, cleats. Make sure to bring a bathing suit for slip and slide and for the pool, if we are able to use the pool on campus.Bring sunscreen, water and any additional items if you are staying overnight. (sheets, pillows, towels, etc.)

Lodging

This year we will be in ARC Residential Dorms.

Can you pay with a check?

If you pay with a check. Please make out to "Longwood Softball". You can send the check to "Longwood University Camp, C/O Kayla Miller 201 High Street. Tabb 220 Farmville VA, 23909.

Discounts

$50.00 Discount for faculty/staff and multiple family members. $35.00 Discount for teams of 7 or more. Contact Emily Murphy if you apply for a discount. murphyel2@longwood.edu

Roommate Request

If you want to be roommates with a certain person please request the roommate when you sign up. If you have any concerns or any other request please contact Emily Murphy. murphyel2@longwood.edu

Routine after the last softball session

After the last session, campers will be able to meet downstairs of ARC Hall and walk over to McDonalds and Sweet Frog to get a late night snack with a few counselors. Also there will be pizza orders every night for people who want to share a pizza with other campers. Please bring cash in order to pay for the pizza.

Campers with allergies/medical concerns

Campers who have allergies or medical concerns please contact Emily Murphy so she can inform the trainer who will be on site during the camp. murphyel2@longwood.edu
