Refund Policy

All refund requests must be made in writing or via email for documentation purposes. A phone call is not a sufficient request. Be sure to include camper name, purchased camp and camp dates. All refund requests are required to be submitted 30 days or more prior to the beginning of camp. Any request submitted within 30 days will be invalid and no refund will be awarded, per NCAA recruiting compliance. For Day Camps, Overnight Camp and Team Camp : There is a $100 non-refundable deposit. You will receive a refund for the remainder of the actual paid registration fee. For Little Canes and Skill Clinics: 30% of the actual paid registration fee is non-refundable. You will receive a refund for the remainder of the actual paid registration fee. Camp Transfers & Changes Policy: All changes requested 30 days or more from the beginning of camp will be made for a $15 change fee and will only be made if the camp you want to switch into is not full. All changes requested within 30 days of the beginning of camp will be made for a $35 change fee and will only be made if the camp you want to switch into and the camp you want to switch out of are not full. Some changes may not be possible ( i.e. if lodging is not available for the camp, etc.). Please submit all refund requests to kc@miami.edu.
