Do you offer refunds?

TEAM / INDIVIDUAL CAMPS
The $100 Team / Individual Camp deposit is non-refundable. The remaining fee of $215 for team campers and $225 for full-camp individual campers will be refunded up to one week before the first day of camp. Later notice will require a doctor's release from camp due to medical reasoning. Single-day individual rates are non-refundable.

POSITION-SPECIFIC CAMPS
Refunds available before one week prior to the camp. Please note that we can only refund the cost of the camp and not the service charge. The service charge goes to our camp host website—we do not see that money, so we cannot refund it.

What is I have special diet request?

If you have a special diet, please complete EWU Dining Services Special Diet Request Form. The form can be found at https://sites.ewu.edu/dining/special-diet-request-form/

Do I have to be vaccinated?

It is recommended that campers are vaccinated for bacterial meningitis prior to attending a camp at EWU. Campers are introduced into large groups with close living quarters such as residence halls.

What do I need to bring to camp?

Bring personal articles and workout gear. You will want to bring bedding, pillows, towels, toiletries, a fan, and spending money. You must provide your own helmet, shoulder pads, jersey, mouth guard, and pants with pads. This is a must since equipment will not be available to rent. Quarterbacks are encouraged to bring their own footballs. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS.
