Head Coach
Joe Burbridge

Head Coach Joe Burbridge is entering his ninth season as Dominican College head softball coach. In his eight seasons at the helm of the Charger softball program he has amassed a record of 265-159 and his overall record stands at 304-172. The Chargers CACC record during that time stands at 168-36.

In 2013 he guided Dominican to their fourth CACC regular season championship with a program best record of 25-1, and fifth straight NCAA tournament appearance. The Chargers had won three straight CACC tournament championships from 2010-2012.

Prior to coming to Dominican, Burbridge was the head coach at Adelphi University. He compiled a record of 39-13 in his one season there, while setting a school record for wins. The Panthers won the ECC Regular Season Title with an 18-2 record and were ranked as high as 8th in the country, in addition to earning a berth in the NCAA Regional Tournament.

In addition to his coaching duties, Burbridge was named Assistant Director of Athletics in June of 2012. Coach Burbridge is a graduate of Ramapo College of New Jersey. He received his master's degree from Seton Hall University. He and his wife Joann, live in Suffern, NY with their daughter, Colleen Paige, who was born in 2006.

Associate Head Coach
Anthony Coladonato

Coach Coladonato returns to the 2016-2017 softball coaching staff as associate head coach.

Coladonato was an assistant coach in the 2012 and 2013 seasons. Both teams he was a part of made the NCAA tournament, with the 2012 team making the east regioal final. He will be the team's hitting coach and assist in all aspects of the program.

Coladonato hails from Staten Island, N.Y.

Marissa Hernandez

Coach Hernandez enters her first season on the Lady Charger staff.

Hernandez was a two-year member of of the Saint Joseph's College softball suad.

A 2016 graduate of Saint Joseph's College in Maine, she earned bachelor degrees in Business and Sports Management.
