Cancellation Protection

Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of camp registration fees should you cancel your registration more than 7 days prior to the start of a day camp. If you cancel within 14 days of the start of your session, we will give you a camp credit for all money paid.

Do you offer extended care services?

Yes, we offer extended care for an additional fee. It is available in the mornings from 7:30-9:00 am for all camp programs and in the afternoons from 4:00-6:00 pm for full day camps only (There is no afternoon extended care for ½ day morning camps.). Morning attendees will be dropped off in Summer Camp Multi-Purpose room located in PEC Arena and will be escorted by extended care staff to their camp program by 9:00 am each morning. After care attendees will be escorted by camp staff to the Summer Camp Multi-Purpose room located in PEC Arena at the end of each camp day. What is the last day I can register for camp?

We will continue to take registrations until camp is full.

How do I know if I'm confirmed for camp?

Upon completing registration you'll receive a confirmation email with important camp information and a receipt of your purchase.

I signed up for camp, now what?

First of all, on behalf of the CSU Tennis Staff, we would like to say Thank You for signing up with us. Please refer to the camper information document, which you received via email upon completion of your registration. Parking is provided in H-Lot directly off of Gwynns Falls Parkway. You must walk your child all the way to the designated camp check-in area and sign your child in and out each day. Detailed information about that location will be sent to you once you have registered for camp. See you then!

What should my kid bring/wear to camp?

• Sun block (Please be sure to apply before you arrive at camp each day and reapply as necessary.)
• A Hat or Visor
• Bag for equipment
• Positive Attitude

What NOT to bring to camp?

• iPod/MP3/music players
• Excessive cash

What happens if my child gets hurt?

There will be an athletic trainer on site that will handle any and all medical needs for the campers. Please be sure to be as detailed as possible when filling out your child's medical forms so that we may be prepared to manage your child's needs.
