WHAT IS THE CAMP REFUND POLICY?

We do not offer refunds on cancelled campers; however, we can offer a future camp credit if you decide to cancel. This allows us to keep our prices low and provide the best staffing possible. The credit is valid for 3 years from the date of the camp.

WHAT WILL I NEED TO BRING?

It is recommended that all campers be prepared to be indoors or out. All of our camp descriptions will clearly state the scheduled venue of the particular camp; however, in the event of inclement weather, the camp may be moved indoors.

All campers are encouraged to bring their own equipment to camp (bat, glove, helmet, catcher's gear, etc.) It is strongly recommended that each camper bring their own sunscreen and water bottle (water will be provided).

WHERE IS THE CAMP CHECK-IN?

Each camp's check-in will take place at the designated venue. For camps held at Triana Field, the registration will be held at the main entrance of the facility.

WHAT MEALS ARE PROVIDED?

Meals are NOT provided unless otherwise indicated.

IS THERE A MEDICAL STAFF AT CAMP?

UC's Athletic Training staff will be present at all camps. It is important to indicate any existing medical issues prior to camp on the health for so our trainers can assist you as needed.

CAN PARENTS WATCH THE CAMP?

Parents are highly encouraged to watch the session. By learning the material, they can assist their child in reinforcing what was taught. Thus, parents are more than welcome to watch. Coaches will be happy to answer any questions after the drill session is over or after camp completion. Of course, your player is encouraged to ask questions at the time of the drill for immediate assistance.

WILL THERE BE UC BASEBALL GEAR FOR SALE?

Yes, based on availability, there will be University of Charleston hats, shirts, and shorts available for purchase. Also available at the camp will be top of the line baseball equipment such as: batting gloves, wrist bands, bats, catchers equipment and cleats.

WHAT TIME IS REGISTRATION?

Each camp will start at its designated time. It is recommended to check-in at registration NO LATER than 15 minutes prior to camp starting. For those registering the day of the camp we recommend checking in 30 minutes prior to the start of camp.
