FAQs
WHERE IS CAMP LOCATED?

Each camp is located at the beautiful campus of Coastal Carolina University. The soccer facilities consist of top notch Bermuda grass lighted fields.

WHAT ARE THE AIRPORT OPTIONS AND CAN MY CHILD BE PICKED UP FROM THE AIRPORT?

If your child is flying in for camp, you can request shuttle services at a fee of $15.00 round trip. The airport shuttle services only apply to/from the Myrtle Beach Regional Airport (MYR). You must send your flight itinerary via email to ktimm@coastal.edu at least ONE WEEK prior to camp.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO CAMP?

Players should pay close attention to the itinerary set out for each camp and should bring the following: soccer ball, training gear, shin pads, appropriate footwear (grass pitch), and water.

YOU MUST BRING YOUR COMPLETED MEDICAL RELEASE FORM LOCATED UNDER THE "DOCUMENTS" TAB

IS HOUSING PROVIDED FOR CAMPS?

No. Our ID camps are non-residential and campers coming in from out of town will need to set up their own hotel accommodations.

ARE MEALS PROVIDED AT CAMP?

No. Campers will be on their own for all meals during camp. There are many places to eat on and around campus so food will not be an issue.

WHAT IF MY CHILD GETS SICK OR INJURED DURING CAMP?

Our camps have an athletic trainer at our disposal. In addition, we have use of Coastal Carolina University training rooms, as well as Conway Regional Hospital less than 1 mile from campus if needed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS BAD WEATHER?

We try not to cancel any session during camp due to weather. We will not cancel for rain and if the grass field is unplayable, we have access to turf fields. If there are thunderstorms and we are not allowed outside, we will go inside and have a tactical classroom session or continue play inside.

ARE THERE OTHER PAYMENT OPTIONS BESIDES CREDIT CARD?

Payments should be made online via credit card. Payments are nonrefundable.

Who else will be in attendance at the ID camp?

A unique aspect of our camps is that we regularly will try to have some of our current players in attendance as player coaches. Additionally, for our 2-day ID camps we will have college coaches from other divisions joining our camp staff to evaluate.
