Focus will be placed on training strength and endurance in the ranges of motion required to play at the highest levels. Additionally, we will introduce the athlete to drills to improve hand-eye coordination and peripheral vision.
Camp check-in will begin on July 23 from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm on Colonial Quad in order to verify health information, receive camp T-shirts, and get all your stuff moved in to the dorms.
Fan, towels, bed linens, blankets, extra t-shirts, a few pairs of spandex/shorts, sports bras, plenty of socks, volleyball/cross training shoes, knee pads, underwear, toiletries, alarm clock, pillow, swim suit, flip-flops, sunscreen (some sessions may be outside, weather permitting) and anything else that will make your stay more comfortable
Until July 1: full refund less a $50 administrative fee. July 1 – one week prior to camp, 50% of the total cost of the camp will be reimbursed. One week or closer to the start of the camp - no refunds.
All employees of SUNY Albany receive a 10% discount which will be refunded after registration. Proof of employment may be required.
For High school or clubs that register 4 or more campers at the same time, we offer a $25 discount per camper. Call for details.
