"I would like to thank Director of Athletics Nick Smith, Associate Director of Athletics Christine Lowthert and the search committee for giving me the opportunity to lead the Assumption College softball program, said Ladino. "Assumption is a very special place with tremendous people and I am honored to be able to learn from and contribute to the strong community here. I look forward to coaching our student athletes every day, supporting them in achieving excellence in both the classroom and on the softball field."

Prior to Regis, Ladino spent two years coaching at Becker College. As an assistant with the Hawks, he helped the team to a 47-27 overall record and a 30-6 NECC conference mark over two seasons.
